Agreement

By accessing or using Cerebium, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Use of the service

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse it — including attempting to disrupt the platform, circumvent usage limits, or use it to deliver unlawful content.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage-based charges are billed in arrears. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Service levels

We strive to maintain high availability and publish real-time status. Enterprise customers may receive a separate service-level agreement.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with the law.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as set out in any applicable order or agreement.
